This is my buddy Baxter. He is my two-year old labradoodle and my most loyal friend! Wherever I go he is pretty much laying somewhere within a two foot radius. About once a week this guy starts smelling! I can best describe it as a Frito-y smell. Or as one of our pet-sitters put it, “ripe”. He is a lot more popular if I give him a good bath on a regular basis! I found this little recipe for dog shampoo somewhere (I honestly have no idea where!) and I have loved it!

Just mix up one part clear hand soap and one part white vinegar. So easy and it is incredible! It really lathers up but the vinegar makes it rinse out so quickly and easily! The vinegar also neutralizes odors and the Frito-y smell is at bay for at least another week!

Speaking of Frito-y smell…gotta go bathe my boy!
